Titus Mayberry, LMHC

Titus is a Licensed Therapist with master's degree in clinical Mental Health Counseling from Webster University, St. Louis. Recognizing that your story is complex and different, Titus takes a unique approach to assisting you through your journey. Titus' therapeutic style is multifaceted, and specific to the needs of each client. Providing different variations of treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and person-centered therapy.

Titus enjoys working with kids, adolescents, adults, and couples, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Titus has been providing therapy for the last 9 years in Missouri and Iowa. He can assist in your therapy journey in office or via telehealth.

When Titus isn’t in the office, he enjoys all live music, theater performances, and traveling to see his favorite band, Dave Matthews Band. He also loves spending time with his partner, and their 2 shih tzu dogs, Keebler, and Swizzle.
