Psychotherapy Treatments

Whether you are seeking an in-depth approach to address the root causes of your distress, or simply some support through a difficult time, we are here to support your journey toward health and happiness. Our highly trained clinical team specializes in the treatment of anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar disorder, stress-related illness, chronic pain, grief and loss, as well as family issues, parenting issues, and couples counseling. We are here to help you live a fulfilling and peaceful life. Our approach is both educational and deeply introspective. As you unfold the history of your symptoms, we will help you to understand from a psychological perspective what is happening in your mind and body and what the path is towards freedom from pain. We understand the role of trauma on mental health issues and the importance of addressing both capital “T” trauma such as a life-threatening event, as well as little “t” trauma from the smaller insults of daily living. Our treatments aim to relieve the impact of trauma and other negative or challenging experiences that overwhelm the brain’s natural healing ability. We also understand the limitations of talk therapy and the importance of mind-body treatments such as Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) for releasing traumatic memories and healing the nervous system.
We offer individual, couples, and family therapy. Our providers are trained in an array of treatment modalities including Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (MBCBT), Cognitive Reprocessing Therapy (CPT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Psychotherapy, Family Systems, Mindfulness Meditation, Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotional Focused Therapy (EFT), and Solution-Focused Therapy. All of the practitioners at the Rein Center believe in an integrative approach to the treatment of both physical and psychological distress. When needed, we work as a team to offer collaborative health care ensuring your treatment integrates different approaches, leaving you to feel like all of your needs are addressed in one comprehensive treatment plan.
